You do not need a theory to use this. The aim is simple. Raise the way we see, one person, then the people around them, to a higher turn of the spiral. Not richer. Not righter. More able to tell the truth and still care.
The whole site is written from what that spiral calls tier 2. Tier 1 is any view that thinks it is the only adult in the room: my party, my feed, my type, my pain. Tier 2 can see those views as views. It can hold more than one of them without needing an enemy to feel real. That is the awareness this place is trying to practice, not a rank you join.
People are built differently. The sixteen types, and the sixty-four ways they get lived, are here so nobody has to pretend there is one correct personality. The same work fits all of them: integrate what you exiled, and move toward the higher self instead of the costume. One approach. Every stack.
Truth is the objective. Not a brand of truth, and not a club. What is true is larger than this site, so the only honest way toward it is an open mind. The moment these pages become a dogma (a script you defend, a team you belong to), they have failed. If a line cannot survive your actual life, drop the line. Keep looking.
What blocks that looking is attachment to the ego. The ego is the story that says I am the good one, and the problem is out there. That grip is what keeps us from feeling another person. Empathy dies where the story needs a villain.
You can watch it happen all day. Social media does not hand you the world. An algorithm sorts you into a little bubble, then feeds you polarized content so you stay. Divide and conquer, with a like button. Each bubble gets an enemy to point at. Pointing feels like thinking. It is the opposite of looking at your own shadow, the part of you that you pushed down and now meet wearing someone else's face. Tier 2 is noticing the trick. The work is the finger, not the stranger the feed picked for you.
You are the universe, briefly convinced it has a name and a side. The name is useful. The side is how the name avoids noticing that it ends.
