ENTP Strategic Humanist
Supportive facilitators. Patient, energized by a deep passion and broad principles. Many variables, a strong theoretical bent, good with groups, good at the open question. Behind the scenes. Distinct diamonds, switched between, each a mode of observing, analyzing, and interacting. Often the type's zigzag, for the quirky dramatic style, and a weak starburst for brainstorming. A back bias makes them particularly reflective. Left and right ways of thinking are blended. They reach, guide, and inspire, especially in a group, from listening and from theory. An economic issue is seen at national scale, at the industry, and at the small group inside it. Not dogmatic, loud, or pushy. Caring catalysts. Pragmatic wisdom, not naive. Serious points under the inspiring talk. Delight in helping someone learn and shift. Off-the-wall adventures, a partner, and a supportive team keep them organized and supplied.
Guidance
Ask how much problem-solving they want. Say the feeling diplomatically. Their belief may not be a strategy you failed to spot. Promote their worth. Affect announces character, including yours. Compassion is a practice.
More empathic, reflective, and particular than the other three. Often one-to-one: counsel, a close advisory, liaison, a private craft of noticing voice, face, symbol, and value. A few deep bonds, not a crowd. Wiring is one or more diamond networks, front with back and left with right, or a zigzag that feels like a hunch. Each network is a mode. Outside a familiar mode the person can look odd, detached, or passive. The risk is being too soft to be heard, and a shyness that never steps into the work. The corrective is a core, a next concrete step, and enough force to be seen. Working from the side belongs to some types as their way of entering a room. A Harmonizing day is not that style. The four are a compass, not a rank.
The eight functions do not move when the variant changes. In the Inventor, the hero is still Ne, extraverted intuition, and it still behaves as a hero, not as a parent or a demon. What the variant changes is which networks sit in the foreground, and therefore what kind of day this type has been trained for. This type enters a room as Get-Things-Going. That belongs to the type. It is not this variant.
Ne-hero uses possibility as an escape from form, so Ti-parent never has to commit. Opposing Ni dismisses other people's long views as naive. Witch Te bulldozes a plan and then abandons it. Trickster Fi plays with values. Demon Se neglects the body and the follow-through until something breaks. The ego is the cleverness that never has to become anything in particular. The work of meeting the shadow is a different instrument from the variant. Invention consents to one shape. Inferior Si is the soul's demand for repetition, maintenance, and a promise kept on an ordinary afternoon. Opposing Ni can hold a direction. Witch Te finishes a procedure. Trickster Fi is met as a real value, not a game. Daimonic Se puts the prototype into the physical world and stays long enough to see who it helps.
How the functions behave here
The eight roles do not move when the variant changes. Harmonizing does not swap them. This address is one lens: ENTP believed in the harmonizing way. The Self, the same observer in every person, sees through that lens. Read the process as it actually lives in this role for ENTP. Beliefs create reality. A life believed through this lens is a life partly made by it.
Ne · Hero
You lead by opening doors. One fact is immediately several, and your gift is the connection nobody else saw: the analogy, the unfinished implication, the pattern in the branching. Identity fuses with possibility. If you have to choose one path and close the rest, you feel like you are dying, so you talk a thing into its alternatives and call that understanding. At its best you find what is trying to emerge across unlike things, and you can invent. At its worst every door stays open, no prototype is finished, no promise is kept, and novelty is used to escape form.
Focus on one open door and stay in it longer than is pleasant. Embody the inventor who finishes a small form. Integration is letting possibility serve a promise, and letting memory tell you which new idea is an old escape.
Nearest the eye, the hero goes quiet. Focus on being heard once, in a real voice, about the thing you actually lead with. Embody force that does not abandon the bond.
Ti · Parent
You take care of people by clarifying. You define the terms, expose the contradiction, and hand them a cleaner account so they can decide. The care is real: you will not let them build on a leak. The distortion is correcting them until they feel stupid, and withholding help until their problem is logically pure. You get cool and relentless when the room wants warmth instead of a definition that holds.
Focus on the one distinction that helps them decide. Embody clarity without a classroom. Integration is offering the cleaner account, then stopping when they have enough to move.
Care is already the climate. Focus on help that is specific, not only on the mood. Embody a guardian who can disappoint someone and stay.
Fe · Child
Harmonizing is play and a bruise. You want the room to like the moment, you warm it, you are wounded when the mood turns and no one repairs it. This is the part that wants belonging without having to earn it by competence. Welcomed, it keeps a blunt or private life human. Mocked, you manage harder, or you shame the room for being cold and then pretend you did not need it.
Focus on the wish to be included, and give it an honest shape. Embody warmth that is not a performance. Integration is joining for a while, then leaving when you are actually done.
Play stays private and ashamed. Focus on one shared pleasure. Embody the part that can be seen enjoying itself.
Si · Anima / Animus
The stored impression is the soul's door, and you are clumsy at it. The ordinary sequence, the body's record, the question of how this was actually done last time fascinates you and then humiliates you. You forget to eat, lose what was agreed, idealize someone who is simply reliable, or romanticize a past you will not inhabit. Performing nostalgia fails. If you let the record inform you, a life of visions and options remembers it has a body and a past.
Focus on the ordinary sequence you skip: food, sleep, what was agreed. Embody a student of your own history. Integration is one reliable practice, kept small, until the body trusts you again.
The soul's door is close, and easy to romanticize. Focus on one concrete act the clumsy function can do this week. Embody the inner life in a room.
Ni · Opposing
Other people's forecasts irritate you out of proportion. You swat a long view, call it vague, or answer with a counter-image whose real job is to block. Accepting their trajectory would threaten the way you lead, so the person who 'has a vision' becomes the rival. You are stubborn here in a way you are not about your own process. Owned, this is the right to question a forecast without having to kill it, including the one you are standing on.
Focus on the forecast you want to swat. Embody someone who can question a future without needing it dead. Integration is repeating their picture in your own words until you can find the one piece that is true.
Conflict feels like a tear. Focus on the disagreement that is not an attack. Embody a person who can hold a no.
Te · Witch / Senex
Effectiveness becomes a curse. You set a standard no one can meet, then condemn them for missing it. You bulldoze a plan onto people and call their strain an excuse. It sounds like responsibility. It is a withering. Owned, the same force is a true limit. You can require a result that actually matters, and stop protecting a process that only feels pure.
Focus on the standard no one can meet, including you. Embody a result that matters and can be reached. Integration is lowering the bar to the true bar, and holding that one.

Feeling ties knots. You play with loyalty. You invite a confession and then treat it as leverage, or you send care and contempt in the same gesture until the other person cannot tell what would count as respect. You get bound too, and no longer know which feeling is yours. Owned, the bind breaks into a clean, simple allegiance you can actually keep.

Banished, raw experience sabotages. The body erupts as accident, binge, a violence of appetite, or a collapse that forces you into the room you refused to inhabit. You do not experience it as presence. You experience it as something that happens to you and ruins the plan. Faced, the same intensity is a calling into contact. The life that was only an image consents to be somewhere.
Focus on the appetite or accident that keeps interrupting the plan. Embody contact instead of a sentence. Integration is choosing a contained dose of real life, on purpose, before the body chooses for you.
The calling is easy to feel and hard to claim. Focus on the next visible step, small enough to do while someone is watching. Embody a life that is not only a feeling.
Where it sits on the wheel
