ESFP Energizing Entertainer
Adventurous, bold, curious about people, living the moment with friends. The get-things-going ESTP of this type is actually this ESFP: a starburst, facts and faces and the room taken in at once, improvising like a rhyme made in a duel. Managerial skill is decent and aimed more at themselves. Just enough halo and executive skill to stay presentable. Convictions, an eye for style, and memorized steps are the strengths. Acting, comedy, dance, DJing, fashion, modeling, music, sport, video. How-to skills land on a first try when the whole body is involved. Routine bores them. A technical job is tolerated if an audience is attached. When present they are like the sun, then they are gone. Connections and school take effort. Reward narrows the vision. Noticing other people's patterns can stir trouble.
Guidance

Se-hero confuses being seen with being real, and Fi-parent treats a flat room as a moral failure. Opposing Si freezes a golden memory and punishes the present for not matching it. Witch Fe manages the audience and then resents them. Trickster Ti ties the feeling in a clever knot. Demon Ne refuses the next possibility once the spotlight moves. The ego says: if they are not watching, I am not here. The work of meeting the shadow is a different instrument from the variant. The act stays alive and stops selling itself. How the functions behave here

You take care of people by guarding what is true for them. You notice the false note, the loyalty, the place they are about to abandon themselves, and you hold the line. The care is real. The distortion is deciding their values for them, and withdrawing warmth when they do not match your private standard of the good. You get quiet and absolute. The standard you impose is a conscience.
Focus on their loyalty, not your private court. Embody a guardian of what is true for them. Integration is naming the false note, then letting them decide what their own good requires.

Te · Child
Organizing is play and a bruise. You like a list, a win, a clever bit of logistics, and you sulk when your competence is ignored or when someone else takes over the plan. This is the part that wants to be useful and seen for getting it done. Welcomed, it gives a reflective or feeling-led life a way to land in the world. Mocked, you either boss the room or refuse to try, and call practical people small.
Focus on one small win that is allowed to be proud. Embody usefulness without begging for rank. Integration is a list you finish, so the practical function gets to succeed in public.

Ni · Anima / Animus
The inner image is the soul's door, and you are clumsy at it.
