Strategist Mobilizer
Leaders with a vision. Resources of every kind are brought in and talents are maximized for progress. The big picture is predicted. Intuitive exploration is enjoyed, and convention can be bucked. Partnerships are forged, people are mentored and empowered, and many projects end up running at once. Peace and conflict are known to travel together. There is a soft spot. The details of time and resources overwhelm. Hero is Timely Building (Te). Parent is Keen Foreseeing (Ni). Child is Active Adapting (Se): the concrete push that overreaches. Inferior is Quiet Crusading (Fi): the moral compass checked late.
Theorist · Rational · need of mastery/In-Charge
Abstract and pragmatic. The aim is mastery: a strategy that can be tested, a competence that earns the right to decide. They coordinate or engineer. Authority that cannot do the work is not respected.
Home of the extraverted judging types. Energy is aimed. Decisions are made in the open so other people can move.
Roles 1-4. The same process is a different life in each role. Together they are the lens, not four lenses. This is how the process behaves here, in this type.
Te · Hero
You lead by making it work in the world. Criteria, sequence, responsibility, the measurable effect: you turn an aim into a procedure other people can execute, and you are impatient with what does not move. Identity fuses with effectiveness. If you are not producing you feel unreal. At its best you build what others only discuss, assign the work, and remove the block. At its worst people become components of the procedure, and feeling is filed as an inefficiency.
Focus on the person your procedure is treating as a part. Embody effectiveness that can miss a day and remain. Integration is building the result, then letting an inner value veto a win that costs the bond.
Ni · Parent
You take care of people by telling them where this is headed and what they are becoming. The forecast is offered as guidance, often before they asked, and you steer a team, a child, a partner, or a project toward the picture you already trust. The care is real: you spare them dead ends you can see. The distortion is managing their life as if your image of them were their life. You go cold, or quietly relentless, when they will not follow the trajectory. The standard you impose is a future.
Focus on the forecast they asked for, not the life you have already assigned them. Embody a guide who can hold a trajectory and still be surprised. Integration is offering the picture as a lamp, then letting them walk a path you did not draw.
Se · Child
The present moment is play and a bruise. You come alive in sensation, craft, appetite, sport, the well-timed move, and you sulk when the moment is managed, postponed, or called shallow. This is not always your job. It is the part that wants to be allowed to enjoy the fact of being here. Welcomed, it keeps a serious mind in a body. Mocked, you grab pleasure defiantly, or you go numb and call the world boring.
Focus on one sensation that is simply enjoyed. Embody a body that does not have to win the moment. Integration is play, craft, appetite, or sport, kept as renewal rather than as proof you are alive.
Fi · Anima / Animus
The inner value is the soul's door, and you are clumsy at it. Authenticity fascinates and humiliates you. You do not know what you actually want, so you borrow someone's passion, or you scorn being emotional while leaking a judgment you will not own. Performing principles fails. If you let the felt right and wrong inform you, a life of systems, results, or impact remembers it has a heart that is not a committee.
Focus on what you actually want, before you borrow someone else's passion. Embody a beginner at inner value. Integration is one choice this week made from the felt right, and reviewed without shame.
Roles 5-8. The functions the ego exiled, in the attitude it refused. They are still this lens. They are the part of the perspective the observer was not allowed to use.
Ti · Opposing
Other people's frameworks irritate you. You attack their organization, their definitions, their system, often to win rather than to understand. Critique is a block. The person with a working plan becomes the rival, because their order threatens your model or your results. Owned, you can test a structure without having to tear it down to feel intelligent.
Focus on the framework you want to tear down. Embody a test instead of a victory. Integration is finding the piece of their system that holds, and saying so.
Ne · Witch / Senex
Possibility becomes a curse. You scatter someone's plan into so many holes they cannot move, and you call it showing them reality. You undermine a future by inventing the ways it fails, then leave them in the wreck of their own options. Cold, superior, and endless. Owned, the same move is discernment: you can see the branch that is actually a trap, and you name it without needing the person paralyzed.
Focus on the one hole that actually stops the plan. Embody discernment instead of a shower of failure. Integration is naming the trap, then leaving them a way through.
Si · Trickster
The record ties knots. You remember selectively, then deny the memory. Agreements shift. What was said last time is not what you now claim was said, and you are often as lost as the person you tangled. Follow the old way and you are rigid; leave it and you have betrayed the record. Either way someone is wrong. Owned, you can laugh at the file without losing it, and a third account of what happened becomes possible.
Focus on the agreement that keeps changing shape. Embody one account of what was said. Integration is writing the record down where both of you can see it.
Fe · Demon / Daimon
Banished, the shared field sabotages. Other people's feelings arrive as an attack, a flood, or a compulsion to destroy the bond before it can need you. Relationships detonate and you cannot say why. You do not experience it as care. You experience it as invasion. Faced, the same depth is a calling into real relation. The life that sealed itself off remembers it was never separate, and it stops using distance as dignity.
Focus on the fusion or the rupture that arrives when the bond was never allowed to matter. Embody belonging as a calling. Integration is one honest tie, kept at a human size, instead of a mood you disappear into.
Te-hero makes effectiveness into an identity, so Ni-parent's vision is used as a license to override people. Opposing Ti nitpicks to win. Witch Ne scatters a rival's options and calls it realism. Trickster Si rewrites what was agreed. Demon Fe experiences other people's feelings as an attack. The ego says: if it does not move, it does not matter.
Command stays, and inferior Fi is allowed to ask whether the objective is actually good. Opposing Ti refines the order instead of using it as a weapon. Witch Ne can scout. Trickster Si keeps faith with what was promised. Daimonic Fe becomes the ability to carry a group's morale without owning them. The field is marshaled for a good the commander does not own.
Mentoring promising people is one of the greatest abilities. Trust and share the intuition without scaring everyone off. If people will not maximize potential, ask what belief is moving them elsewhere. The top of something conventional is still conventional. Do not underestimate the status quo when it strikes back. An objective style leaves people confident and wanting something more personal. Get close to those who interest you. Check the moral compass early and often. Reason with principles, not words. Quality over speed. Play with ideas. Time off is not extra work. Three things for health, and time for family. Without a quiet space, the life is all weather.
Read from the rim inward: Dominant, Creative, Normalizing, Harmonizing. Four ways one lens gets believed. The eight roles are the cut of the lens. They do not change. The Self is the one who sees, and it is the same Self in every type. What the lens believes, it helps make. It is not a rank.
